I called this company on a Sunday and Mohammad answered and spent 20 minutes on the phone with me. I had purchased a Mercedes Benz C43 convertible and was trying to figure out if car seats could be installed in the vehicle. He offered to do some research and also made himself available to meet me at the dealership on Tuesday. He also said he would bring several different brands of car seats with him that day to attempt installation. I contacted him several times leading up to the installation day and he was always quick to answer my questions either over the phone or by text. I even had to change our meeting time at the last minute and he rearranged his schedule to accommodate me. The day of the install, the first car seat he tried worked!!! He also installed a booster seat for me which was fantastic! Most companies I called prior to him were doubtful that a car seat would work in my convertible or they never responded to my inquiries. However, from the moment I contacted Mohammad, he made every effort to reassure me that he would help me find a seat that worked. He is extremely knowledgeable about car seats and very professional. We had our infant car seat installed last year and I just went back recently with our convertible seat. He's super helpful, fast and knowledgeable. Really can't beat the price for that added feeling of security knowing that it's installed correctly.

Highly recommend heading here if you aren't 100% on doing it yourself.

Update: Back with a new car and a new baby on the way! Convertible car seat, booster seat (purchased from Mohammad) and infant baby seat all installed. Awesome experience yet again

Great experience with Baby Car Seat Installers. Mohammad is very friendly and knows his stuff. He spoke directly to the make and year of our car and what the recommendations were so we had the seat installed in the best possible place based on crash tests. He also demonstrated how to use the seat and was very familiar with our car seat. As we had this installed during COVID, he took the necessary precautions to make sure everyone was safe. I would highly recommend him and will use his services again when we transition from an infant seat to the next step.

We've had Mohammad install our car seats 3 times over the last 2 years as we've switched cars. He's given us so much information about how to choose the best car seat, how to set up our child locks and even how to test out if the car seat is installed properly.
